Anthony Neilson

Anthony brings more than 30 years’ experience in financial leadership and commercial management across large, listed organisations in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors. Most recently, he was Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Santos Ltd, where he led finance, investor relations, procurement and risk management, strategy and delivered major strategic and operational programs.

He has extensive experience in M&A, governance, capital-structure management and transformation, including large transactions and business integrations.

Anthony holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW), is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
