Henrietta was appointed at Ramsay Health Care in June 2019. She is responsible for the Group legal, governance and secretariat functions and is a member of the Group Executive. She also serves as a Director on the Board of Ramsay Générale de Santé, listed on Euronext.

Henrietta has 20 years’ experience comprised of her time at Ramsay, global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, and in-house at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Henrietta holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics (SocSci) from the University of Sydney, graduating with First Class Honours. She has also completed the INSEAD Management Acceleration Programme in 2023; focusing on finance, strategy and leadership.

Henrietta is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Law Committee, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, Deputy Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel GC100 and an active member of Chief Executive Women.
