Pascal Roché

Pascal has led Ramsay's European business since 2011 and is Chairman of the Ramsay Santé Corporate Foundation. Pascal holds a Master’s degree in Private Law (Paris II Assas) and a Postgraduate Diploma (DEA) in Economics and Organisational Strategy (Paris Dauphine). He is also a graduate of HEC and the Institut des Actuaires Français.

Pascal began his career in strategy consultancy before joining the insurance sector in 1991 with the UAP Group (now AXA France), where he served as Director of Strategy and subsequently took charge of several operational divisions for over 10 years. From 2000 to 2002, he served as Deputy Chief Executive of AXA France Services, before becoming Head of Central Functions and a member of the Executive Committee at AXA France. He joined the Barclays Group in 2002 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for France and subsequently for Spain, and was also entrusted, from 2008, with global responsibility for Premier clients and the insurance and investment businesses.
