Steven Sargent

Steven's executive career included 22 years at General Electric, where he gained extensive multi-industry, international experience leading businesses in industries such as healthcare, energy and financial services across the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific.

In addition to being a Non-Executive Director of Ramsay, Steven is the Chair of infection prevention company Nanosonics Limited. His unlisted board activities include Chairman of The Origin Energy Foundation Limited, Origin’s philanthropic arm, and Non-Executive Director of The Great Barrier Reef Foundation.

Steven has a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
